DENISE – CEO

Denise acts as Artistic Director and oversees all campaign creation, strategic planning, branding, and content creation.  She has more than 30 years of management experience including general management and marketing management for both profit and non-profit entities. She has owned her firm for 15 years and, during that time, has served in multiple executive committee, Board-level and Executive Director roles for non-profits for more than eight years. She has a graphic arts degree and a marketing degree from Boston College, has won numerous design awards and is published nationally and internationally. She currently chairs an economic development committee and volunteers for two breast cancer non-profits.

LIZ – Controller

Liz in an expert in managing client finances and budgets.  She has proven to be a detail-oriented, client-focused professional with particular talents for troubleshooting and balancing troubled accounts. She has worked in both public and private accounting, has performed cash audit procedures, and has managed and maintained payroll and tax records for clients. Liz has a friendly outgoing personality and a drive to make sure schedules are met. These traits have kept clients coming back to her again and again for years.

Roy – VP IT

Roy has over 20 years of IT experience. He helps develop and manage our web and IT programs, digital marketing efforts, and email campaigns. Additionally, Roy supports our company’s infrastructure, security administration, and network engineering.

Ravin – Web Manager

Ravin oversees the development and execution of client websites.  He is an expert in back-end programming and database functions.  Ravin is able to maintain both a big picture and a detailed view of a site to ensure everything works properly and together.  His sites are intuitive for the customer and functional for the company.

Sri – Web Developer

Sri develops and maintains websites.  An expert in coding, he ensures that all client websites are not only highly  technological, but also aesthetically pleasing.  Sri provides expertise in making creative designs functional, as well as managing CSS and CMS systems. He prides himself on his attention to detail and being scrupulous so that no spot on a site is out of order.

Cindy – Content Expert

Cindy has more than 12 years of experience leading marketing efforts for organizations.  She possesses practical experience in public relations, marketing, branding, writing copy and design for email, web and print.  She has a BA and MA in Political Science and loves finding the best ways to strategically market clients.  Cindy has also served on several Boards with great success.

Becky – Account Service

Becky has over 17 years of experience in sales, sponsorships and events. She also is the Coordinator for a non-profit, Royal Family Kids Club. Previously, she worked in the advertising sales field. During this time, she was responsible for generating sponsorships for different events, conferences and award dinners. She has a well rounded back ground in all forms of advertising and marketing. Her day-to-day tasks involve helping clients discover marketing opportunities related to upcoming conferences and publications through growth and development of sponsorship and advertising revenue. She prides herself on her ability to think outside the box to help her customer’s achieve their goals. She highly values customer service and always focuses on providing the best service to her customers. Becky looks forward to helping clients achieve their sales goals and tailoring packages for them.

Stephanie – Graphic Designer

Stephanie oversees graphic design projects and brings expertise from her 7 years of experience as a graphic designer for marketing agencies in southeastern Wisconsin. She graduated from UW-Milwaukee Peck School of the Arts with a BFA in Graphic Design and a Minor in Business Marketing. She supports our clients with branding, web design, and a variety of print design, such as direct mailers, print ads, brochures, posters, packaging, product specification sheets and tradeshow designs and displays.

Kayla – Communications Coordinator

Kayla provides expertise in writing, project management and publication.  She has a BA in Writing Intensive English from Marquette University and received her start in the world of writing as a copywriter for Kohl’s Corporation. Kayla supports our clients on content development, website updates, email communications and publications in addition to keeping projects on task.

Margaret – Administrative/Client Support

Margaret has over 20 years’ experience in accounting, administration, and project management. She is adept at problem solving and enjoys making clients happy with her attention to detail.  Margie is always willing to go the extra mile to keep clients happy.  She is focused on customer satisfaction and prides herself on caring about our clients first and foremost.  In addition, she has always worked in the service industry and enjoyed it.
